Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Worship Loops ("we", "our", or "the app") is a drum and metronome application for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This policy explains what information the app handles and how we treat your privacy.

1. Summary

Worship Loops does not require an account. We do not sell your personal information. Audio samples, songs, playlists, and app settings are stored on your device — not on our servers.

2. Information stored on your device

The app keeps the following data locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac:

  • App preferences — tempo, pad assignments, mixer settings, and other configuration choices
  • Songs and playlists — titles, arrangements, and playback order you create inside the app
  • Imported audio — sound files you add to drum pads or loops

This data stays on your device unless you export it yourself (for example via AirDrop, Files, or iCloud backup managed by Apple). We do not operate a backend that stores your musical content.

3. Information we do not collect

In the current release, Worship Loops does not:

  • Require account registration or sign-in
  • Collect advertising identifiers
  • Include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
  • Upload your audio files or playlists to our servers

If we add optional cloud features or analytics in a future version, we will update this policy and describe what changes before those features ship.

4. MIDI and local network

If you connect MIDI controllers or other music hardware, the app may use Bluetooth or your local network to discover and communicate with those devices.

  • Bluetooth MIDI — used to pair with supported controllers; no data is sent to Worship Loops servers
  • Local network (Bonjour) — used to discover Apple MIDI devices on the same Wi‑Fi network

This communication stays between your device and your hardware. iOS and macOS may show a local-network permission prompt the first time the app needs it.

5. Website

This marketing site (worshiploops.app) serves static pages only. We do not use cookies for tracking. Standard web server logs (if any) may record your IP address and browser type for security and operations — we do not link that to app usage.

6. Children's privacy

Worship Loops is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it promptly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
